Black heads on 7 year old

M y 7 year old was dx with premature ardenche. She actually has th bone age of a 5 yr old very thin and petitte. She had pubic hair at age 6 and now hr chin is covered with black heads what can I do

In adrenarche, enlargement of sebaceous glands and an increase in sebum production occur with increased androgen (DHEA-S) production. Cleanse the area thoroughly and apply a good mild exfoliating scrub on that. Apply a medicated cream or gel containing resorcinol, salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide. This helps is soaking the oil and helps in peeling away the blackheads. If benzoyl peroxide leaves your skin dry, apply an oil-free moisturizer after 10 mins of applying benzoyl peroxide. But this should be used only after a dermatologist’s prescription.

Is you daughter seeing an endocrinologist?  If she is, what are they doing for her so far - and do they know the source of the hormonal imbalance?  We will need more details to help you.  Maybe you could take her to an dermatologist.  She is too young to have these problems.  My heart goes out to you and your daughter.  Hang in there.  Hope someone is able to help you.
