Black rashes on upper lip after wiping the sweat

Hi Expert
My Wife is 24 years. when it sweats and when she is wiping out the sweat on her upper lip,The entire area(upper lip) is becoming black. but it is getting disappeared automatically after an hour or more than that. This is happening only when it is sweating. She does the same when she is coming from bath, but nothing is happening in that area. Why is this happening? is this curable? Does it have any treatement? Kindly advise me on this.

Hello,
Unfortunately apocrine chromhidrosis has no fully satisfactory cure or treatment. Treatment usually consists of topical capsaicin and botox injections(it may provide relief for some time). My sincere advice would be to get the diagnosis confirmed from a dermatologist first.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Hello,
The only possibility that is coming to my mind is of chromhidrosis. It is characterized by the secretion of colored sweat and can be due to increased numbers of lipofuscin pigments in the secretory apocrine cells. Wood lamp examination and histopathological examination of the skin biopsy specimens need to be done. My sincere advice is to consult a dermatologist.
Hope it helps. Take care and regards.
