Breakouts: nostrils, eyelids, cheeks

For many years I have had increasing breakouts, it first started in my ears: itching, sore knots under the skin associated with food allergy.  It progressed to blister-type sores around the nostrils, inside and out, and then the eyelids around the lashes.  Meantime I began breaking out in acne type sores in different areas of the face.  The blisters on the nose seem to be loosely associated with certain foods, but the rest just seem to come and go as they please.  At times my face gets red and feels hot, but not always, and the other rosacea symptoms don't fit the picture.  I'm 62 and really tired of this.  Any thoughts?

I'm in UK and actually get the redness relief cleanser for my gran off American sellers on Ebay. Look on the Eucerin website and they will advise you of local stockists in your area, or you can buy online.

I have a feeling I might have a hard time finding this.  Does Walmart carry it?

Yes my gran has red, dry eyes as well which she uses liquid tears for. The dermatologist has been unable to diagnose her condition, it may be psoriasis, but since she has been using Eucerin wipes, moisturiser and most importantly the Redness Relief cleanser she looks a lot better.

Thanks!  I'll give it a try.  I also have red, bloodshot eyes that accompany the eyelid problem.

Use Eucerin's Redness Relief cleanser and moisturizer to alleviate your symptoms while you work out the cause. My grandmother has a lot of redness in her face and this really helped when nothing else would. Rosacea is related to acne, so don't rule that out as it can differ from person to person, my sister has the thread veins and redness, without the acne type sores. See a dermatologist as facial disfiguration of any kind can be very upsetting, i've had acne for twenty years so my heart goes out to you. Loiloi x
