Bump on the penis

I have been facing a problem of having bump on the side my penis for the last few months. This pimple/bump neither bleeds nor hurts. I tried to drain it, using needle and some white substance like man sperm came out. May be it was puss. Any how i sequeezed till it was drained fully. But after some days, it was again there. I am not sexually not active. Never had any sex for the last two years so not worried about STD. But it could be an embarrasing situation if I do sex with  my partener. Any help suggestion in this regard, would be appreciatd.

Hello,
A sebaceous cyst cannot disappear on its own esp. if it is a bigger one. Very small sebaceous cysts can be treated by using warm compresses but for the bigger ones, surgical excision is required.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Thank you for your reply. How long should I wait to see if it vanishes automatically or not. I feel small pain, only when I press it hard. If it doesnt end , should I go for surgery. If you say , I can post the close shots.

Hello,
From the symptoms it looks like sebaceous cyst. A sebaceous cyst is a closed sac which contains a "pasty" looking substance called keratin. Blocked sebaceous glands, swollen hair follicles and excessive testosterone production will cause such cysts.

Generally no treatment is required but they become painful then it means they are infected, Then surgical excision by traditional wide excision, minimal excision, and punch biopsy excision may be required.

I hope that helps. Please do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries. Kind regards.
