red spots on palms. help plesae!?

for the past 20 years i've had the same recurring red blotches on the palms of my hand and very rarely on the soles of my feet. they usually start out as tiny red dots that seem to spread wider and wider until they finally disappear. sometimes they cover both palms completely. they itch and also burn when something warm touches them. only thing that helps the itching so far is something cold. the spots usually appear every week or so lasting anywhere from 3 to 10 days. been to the doc, several of them actually. no one seems to have any clue what they are. NEED HELP!!!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to contact dermatitis or allergic reaction. Check the allergens which you may have come in contact with and take some antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin. Also consult a dermatologist as you may need topical as well as oral steroids and get scabies ruled out.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
