Butt rash

Hi, I have a rash between my butt. It does not itch but I feel a slight burning sensation. It started out with just the slight burning sensation then i was out all day yesterday and did not wear underwear as I wanted it to breath. I was in very hot weather outside for hours. Came home and noticed a rash that wasn’t there earlier that day. I went and bought cortizone this morning and applied it. Waiting to see what happends. Would like any feedback you can give me as to what this might be.

Sounds like it's a rash from the sweat/heat- keep the area clean, you can place powder in the area to keep it dry and that should improve it.  If it doesn't- make an appointment with a doctor to have it checked into.
