Chronic Hives which appears and disappears lasting for months

Hello ,
I had migrated to Malaysia at july 2016 , i had unprotected sex with  a massage girl  immediately after one day i started get allergies resembles like hives in different shapes which appears and disappears , this hives is  happening on my upper and lower arms , some times it will be itchy .  This allergic reactions is still ongoing , sometimes  allergy will disappears for a month and again start triggering . After  8 month from the exposure  i had tested my hiv status with home test kit and it given me a negative result . i am totally confused about this , i had consulted few doc here, they diagnosed urticaria and prescribed antihistamine , but that didn't really helped me .
kindly advise what may the cause for the chronic allergies which appears and disappears
