Does this look like poison ivy

Hey thanks for the help in advance.. I went shooting saturday in like a wood area, I wore a shorts and sneakers Was biten couple times well by what i think were mosqutios(spelling) which is quite common in Jamaica. Anyways On Sunday I felt itching on my upper thigh area in the back and on my lower foot and right at the knees. Onward sunday i notice these red marks with rise skin that was extremely itchy even today(tuesday) I brush it off as me getting biten but no mosqutio bite ever looked like this on me. Could I have maybe caught poison Ivy or oat??? Does these look anything at all similar to poison ivy? If yes I am presently using Anthisan Cream and taking Benadryl as my friend said these would help . My question is do i need to see a doctor or can i just wait it out and will these spots leave any marks.. Thanks waiting your reply

Sure does look like plant induced dermatitis. If this breaks out blisters, then you need a med.Otherwise anthisan should be ok.Temporary pigmentation may be there.
