Dry skin and possible rash on toes?

I'm a 23-year old active male. I'm currently living in Tokyo, and before leaving the States I noticed I had some dry skin between 2 of my toes on my left foot. I assumed it was just dry skin (and I've never really had dermatological issues) so I left it alone. However, it's now turned into dry skin on 4 of my 5 toes on my left foot with 1 toe being pocked with tiny raise red bumps (they look like tiny needle pricks). My right foot has 1 dried out webbing, but no bumps, and it hasn't spread at all, just the 1 webbing. It doesn't hurt, itch, or cause any discomfort.

I assume the little red "blisters"/bumps aren't something possibly created from dry skin? The weird part is it's just localized around my toes. Preemptive thanks for any help.

Looks like athlete's foot. Suggest you use terbenafine cream twice daily for 2-3 weeks. Might have to get tests done if doesn't resolve with that.

Hello,
If the area is dry and red then the possibilities of tinea pedis and erythrasma between the toes and the webspaces needs to be ruled out. I suggest you to get an evaluation done from a dermatologist and preferably a KOH examination of the skin scrapings to confirm the diagnosis.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Is the picture I'd already posted (above the blurb) not showing?

Could either be athlete's foot or pompholyx eczema. Post some pistures and should be able to give you a better idea!!
