Eczema since December won't go away

I got a rash on the back of my neck back in December. It got worse and spread. I was put different medications. The first med was Fluocinolone Acetonide Body Oil the end of December. It didn't work. The next script was for Doxycycline Monohydrate 100mg Tabs and Cetirizine 5mg Tablets for one month this was in January. That didn't work. Then they did a biopsy and said it was  Eczema. I was told to use Triamcinolone 0.1% Ointment 454gm. This was end of January. After using this ointment for a few weeks it seemed to clear up. That didn't last long. After that it came right back real bad. Is this normal? How can I get this to go away? Thanks

I get eczema on my hands and foot . I quite using all medicated creams and found it was related to my deit . I am allergic to dairy products. Maybe something in your diet is causing it . I also find aveeno cream is really good for combating it . I have no idea where you live but the body shop has a good hemp cream that works pretty good for eczema. Hope this helps .

Thanks for your help. I will give it a try. How did you find out that you were allergic to dairy ?
Did you get tested for allergies?
