Eyelashes falling out in clumps (lower)

Could the solution used to dilate eyes cause eyelashes to fall out in clumps if the solutions runs out of the eye?

This is the first time it's happened and it happened a day or so later.

What specific medications was used?

Did you rub your eyes vigorously?

Have you consulted a doctor or eye specialist for your complaints?

The medication being the cause of your symptoms is unlikely.

It would eb advisable to consult your doctor for the cause of your symptoms.
