Blackheads lining mouth wont go away, advice?

I have a ton of little blackheads right on the edges of my mouth, and theyve been there for months. I have tried multiple face washes, creams, soap and water, etc none of which have helped. The only way i seem to be able to get rid of them is by picking at them until i can get them to pop, but pickingmakes my lips swell and sometimes scab too. I know icking at them doesnt help and the swelling is bad, so id like to find another way that works. unfortinatly, theres no dermatologists at the clinic i go to.

In addition to using a cleanser that is a salicylic acid-based face cleanser - you can also steam your face to help them to be removed- get a washcloth wet with warm water (not hot enough to burn you, be careful) and set it on your face.  After that, you can use pore strips to remove the blackheads easier.  Use benzoyl peroxide cream over the area.  Make sure you use the cleanser and the cream daily.
