Few Small Black Dots

I have a few small black dots on my thigh area. They look like small pieces of lead stuck in my skin from a lead pencil poke.

Yeah, they are definitely blackheads. My husband gets them on his inner thighs, too. If you squeeze them, they'll come out and go away.

Sounds like blackheads, try using exfoliating acne wash.
