Fine lines on glans penis?

I am a 22 year old male. I HAVE NEVER HAD SEX. I have pearly penile papules around the ridge of my penis. I am not too much bothered by them.

My question is regarding the state of the skin on the head.

From far away, they appear to be  bumps but it is actually like fine lines that are going both vertically and horizontally, leaving a grid. It is only on the upper side of the penis, only affecting about half of the head. I started noticing this around eleven years old.

I would like to know what this is. I plan to see a physiscian. But I need to first know what this condition is to begin my search for a specialist in my area; it is hard to ask for help when you cannot describe the problem. Attached is a photo of my penis.

Can anyone give me any information about what this is? What is the medical term for it?
