Red bump on face

My son has a red bump on his face, and it isn't going away.  When he picks at it, it will bleed and bleed until a bandaid gets put on it.  Does anybody know what it could be?  Or has anybody had a similar experience?  if so can you please respond to this.  Thank you in advance

Bgilgert, my daughter had the same problem with my 15 months old grand baby. She had a red bump (blister) under her chin and when her mother and I bath her it would burst and bleed and bleed and would not stop. She never had anything like this before. My daughter first spotted the red bump on my grandbaby and she told me not to pop it because it would not stop bleeding, but when I babysit her and puts her in the tub and wash her face the red bump burst and start to bleed uncontrolable (unstoppable) until I put a bandage on it. My husband and I have never seen nothing like it, we were so scare. so my husband and I started to pray for our grandbaby and the next morning the bump was gone! True, and this is a testimony and a blessing that my husband, daughter, and I will never forget. We seen the power of God work on our grand daughter over night. Glory be unto God! Also bgilgert, when we took the bandage off we were afraid that it would bleed again but oh no it was gone. I hope this testimony will help you and your son. If you want someone to pray for your situation I am here and I will pray for your son healing. Thanks for sharing this with us, because I thought my family were the only ones having this red bump problem. Have a great day..
