Flesh Color slitghly elevated bumps on upper arms

I have these slightly elevated I guess you could say "bumps" on my upper arms and one on my chest. They are the same color as my skin, but when out in the sun they tend to be a bit darker than my skin. They appear to be a little wrinkled also. They do not itch or hurt and I have had them for years. Every year it seems like I get more. I have been to the Doctor and she said to try aquaphor and that didn't help. The appearance looks a little like a cyst, but they aren't hard and elevated that much, just thicker than more normal skin. Any thoughts?

I know exactly what your talking about. I get those as well. They are mostly on my upper arms on the inside, starting at the elbow crease. they are mostly the same color as my skin but get darker in the sun. I have a few on my lower  arms, also on the under part of my arm, and at closer inspection they are wrinkled. after talking to a few different doctors about it, I was prescribed triamcinolone acetonide cream, It was completely gone in a few days.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be due to ectopic sebaceous glands, cysts, syringomas or some benign skin growth. I suggest you to get it evaluated from a dermatologist. Exfoliation, intensive moisturizing creams, creams and lotions containing alpha hydroxy acids and urea may be used to temporarily improve the appearance and texture of affected skin.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
