Hair, Eyebrow loss

I'm a 20 year old male.  My hair started thinning about 4 months ago, and I see a noticeable receding of my hair-line, and only within the last month has it become so rapid that I now have only 50% of my hair on my scalp left.  I've noticed my eyebrows, arm hair, and leg hair started falling out about a week ago.  I can pull on my eyebrows and every time I do I get about 1-4 hairs.  I had blood work done and tested normal for my thyroid.  I don't take any medications, but I've recently quit suboxone and apprazolam.  I have no appetite but feel physically healthy.  I'm 5'10 and weigh 127lbs.  I don't feel stressed other than the stress of losing my hair, and don't know what to do.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
What you seem to be having is alopecia universalis in which the entire body hair are lost. It is the most severe form of all alopecia and is currently believed to be an autoimmune disorder. There is no standard treatment of this disease but immunomodulatory agents such as imiquimod  are very helpful.

You should discuss these treatment options with your dermatologist. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

That didn't help at all.  Not anymore, but when I first started losing hair, I would get short hairs falling out as well.  I don't know if this is any help, but I'm desperate.
