Help! I've been experiencing blotchy red rash for years now.

Since 2009 I've been getting a red blotchy rash which has gotten worse over the years. In the beginning it would develop on my chest caused by social anxiety example: doing a speech in class or talking to my crush back in 8th grade or just feeling flustered) I also noticed I would get it when I would take showers. But when I took showers the rash would spread all over my body (legs, feet, torso, back, arms, chest) I can't go in hot tubs either since it is embarrassing to get the rash.

Then in 2013 my rash would develop whenever I was outside in the direct sunlight where ever the heat from the rays hit l would get the rash. For example my legs, arms, torso, chest, feet.

The rash itself is flat not raised. I get a burning sensation from it. It doesnt itch it just feels like I basically have a sunburn.

Once I cool off and get out of the heat it takes 20-30 minutes to disappear.

This rash has taken over my life. I feel like I cant enjoy the outdoors like I use to. Vacations are not as fun since I cant do much but try to stay cool.

Please help, I'd really appreciate it.

Have you seen a doctor about your rash?  It sounds like it might be something like heat hives.  If that's the case, your doctor may recommend antihistamines or a steroid- but have them take a look to make sure that's the cause and get you the correct treatment.
