Hi i have infected finger 1 post so dont judge if its on wrong place

greeting i have infected finger got like 5 to 6 days with it im gona upload 3 pic 2 from today and 1 few days ago so u can see it got infected not on the fingernail but in the middle of the finger the infection was small i tought it gona open and the pus get out like a golondrino sry for my bad english im russian speaker living in caribe islands so i was taking ampicilin 500 ea 8 hours 1 and diclofenac 2 per day if its hurts a lot i take ibuprofen so waiting for your answers really want to pop it to take the pus out caz i feel the presure when the pain killer efect its going off so all answers are welcome

PS. i dinth read the rules hope u dont ban me for posting where i m not supose to just want a answer thanks
