I went to the doctor and told me that they were not warts. i tried duck tape recently and and did not do anything. I think that now its spreading onto my upper arm i see one small round one forming. Hi

If these are itchy then conditions we have to consider here are fungal infections and dermatitis or eczematous diseases. They do not seem reddish or weeping and  I do not see any vesicles or bumps containing fluid in the affected areas. This may be treated as a fungal infection and see if the topical antifungals may improve the affected skin.

You may discuss this with your doctor. Evaluation of skin scrapings in the area may also help ascertain the presence of a fungal infection.

Hi

Based on the image that you sent, this does not seem to be warts. Are these itchy? This appears scar like , more like a pigmented skin condition. Do you stay under the sun for too long eg tanning , sunbathing? Do you engage in sports wherein you have to stay outdoors for quite sometime?

I would suggest that you start using sunscreen to cover most areas of the body exposed to the sun when you stay outdoors. At this point, this does not seem to be a wart nor do I think this is infectious.
