What is this bump on my finger?

I have a strange bump on my pinky.  Images of it can be seen here:

https://ibb.co/hv1ATv (farther out, for scale)
https://ibb.co/ho4VTv (right after showering, so you can better see the white divider between the two pockets, which runs vertically, and is a little bit more distinct than the pictures show)

The bump is somewhat strange.  It's a raised area of my finger, which holds two red pockets, separated by a white divider.  At the time, I was in the country of Colombia when I first noticed it, about six weeks ago.  I don't know what might have caused it.  Initially thought it might *possibly* be some sort of blood blister, and, once the skin broke (after a couple of weeks), I started applying aloe vera to it regularly, but that doesn't seem to have had an effect.  Overall, it hasn't really changed much since I first noticed it.  It used to hurt a little bit to put pressure on it, but not anymore.

Does anyone know what it might be?
