I have had shingles for about 5 years now and I breakout at least every 6 months,
I have reading now that you can get shigles only 3 times, so now I am wondering what I have same rash same area. I am clueless now

How were you diagnosed with shingles? Was it cultured or visually diagnosed? You should get this cultured to make sure that it is shingles, and if it is, you may want to try antiviral therapy.
It's unlikely that it is shingles, but it could be possible. Think of what you do just before that could be triggering an outbreak. That may help, too.
