I have red tiny dots on near my under eye that appeared today what could it be?

This morning i woke up to get ready for school and had no red dots near my undereye. I used bath and body works lotion on my face and i haven't used lotion in a while but i usually use that somtimes. I went to the bathroom a couple times during school to like fix my hair and use the bathroom and wasnt really that close to the mirror. I went to go wash my face just now (9 pm ish) and i noticed tiny red dots. The dots are smooth witch freaked me out because i doubt it could be acne because i have really clear skin but it can get dry sometimes. The dots look like they are going from the outer corner of my eye (each eye) down to like near my nose like 3 cm away from each nostril. Please help!!! idk what to do and this is really scaring me. Nothing like this has ever happened to my face and also im not sexually active or do drugs or smoke or vape. Just please help idk what these tiny red dots are! btw i usually dont wear makeup b bc i dont really have dark circles or pimles and just usually add a little bit of bronzer.
