INDENTS AND WRINKLES ON PENIS HELP!!!

hello my name is tim, about 5 to 6 weeks ago i had oral sex with a girl, i am only 15 years old and i am not very sexualy active all the time, ever since this has happened i have stopped sexual contact all together...my penis about a week or so after the oral sex became very wrinkley on the left side under the head right where the shaft meets the head..it also has little indents..if you look very closly, it looks like where the indents are there is a little circle around them...there is no pain or itching..no discharge..i went to get it checked and the doctor said it looks like nothing but she said it looked a little irritated by somthing because she said she saw slight redness...im unsure of the problem and i would really appreciate any help that you can give me

thanks

tim

i looked up pictures of both of those and that dosnt seem to be what the problem is..i forgot to mention that there are little slits that resemble a cut..they are small and red..they dont hurt either but you can definitly see them..ive looked up penis stretch marks and found out that that may be the case..but as far as the raised lumps go i dont know...raised lumps...indents in the middle of the lumps...and tiny cut like marks..any ideas??

Hi,

This could be - pearly penile papules or fordyce spots. You would need to consult your doctor for a confirmed diagnosis.

'Pearly penile papules are multiple, small (about 1-3mm) papules running around the circumference of the crown of the glans penis. They typically develop in men aged 20 to 40, and around 10 per cent of all men are affected. They may be mistaken for warts, are not infectious and require no treatment.'

'Fordyce spots are small (1-5mm) bright red or purple papules that can appear on the glans, shaft or scrotum and usually affect younger men. They may occur as a solitary lesion, but frequently appear in crops of 50 to 100. They are painless and not itchy, but may cause embarrassment because of their appearance, or a fear that they might be sexually transmitted. '

Let us know if you need any further information.

Post us about what your doctor advises.

Regards.
