Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be polymorphous light eruption, lichen planus or lichen nitidus. Lichen nitidus is characterized by 1-2 mm, discrete and uniform, shiny, flat-topped, pale flesh-colored or reddish-brown papules. Generally it is self limiting but severe cases may need glucocorticoids.
I suggest you to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
I'm having the same thing...just on my wrists and hands they seem to be multiplying. Before these I had a couple huge bumps on the back of my neck..that went away after a day or two and now it's on my left ankle about 40 of them sum u can't see some u can't..they're not itchy I tried popping a few and clear liquid came out..now I'm itching bad behind my knee. I had my forearm blow up about 3 inches high..everyday something is happening and I'm 35 with a 9 month old son and my husband hasn't caught them.ive been wearing long sleeves and gloves to protect my son..I'm scared to go to the e.r. I have congestive heart failure and I don't want to end up getting admitted for something that I didn't go there for...these bumps are on my top of my hands.
