Itching on the testes
I am having excessive itching all around my penis and the testes.
The skin gets red and due to itching even sometimes skin peels off. I have not tried anything as of now in hope that it will be normal itching and go off, but recently it became worst.

You could be having a fungal infection as the cause of the itchiness around your penis and scrotum.
You should consult your dermatologist for proper evaluation.
For the mean time, do not scratch the area as the superficial skin may break and will be more prone to infection. You can take an antihistamine for the itchiness while waiting for a doctor's appointment.
