Itching

Whenever I take a shower, I itch so bad. When I get out I have little red bumps on my chest, arms, neck, and sometimes a few on my face but that is rare. It has started just within the last year. It itches soo bad and looks nasty. It usually goes away within and hour or two. I have changed soap, lotions, and everything that i can think of. What is wrong with me?

I have tried to take a shower in cool water but it didn't help and made my bathing experiance miserable..so I just went back to warm showers.

You have a type of urticaria.Would like to know cold or hot water precipitates?Cyproheptidine a antihistamine does great good but can sedate you,and give you good appetite too.Do consult your doc.As of now try oatmeal bath or soap containing oatmeal.
