Itchy red circles on hands and feet

About 2 months ago i was scratched by a cat. I had a big infection, which cleared up after 2 rounds of anti-bio tics.

However after that, im not sure if it was a coincidence,  i stepped in some thorns on the grass, which caused like an allergic reaction, round circle that gets bigger and bigger, which itches allot and lasts for about 1 week. But I also seem to now randomly get these circles on my hands or bottom of my feet. Comes and goes every week at different places of my hands and feet.

I have been to the doctor, they did blood tests on auto immune diseases, toxo plasma and blood count, but said they couldnt pick up anything..

Does anyone have an idea what could cause this?

I must also add this seems to be internal symptoms only, the outside of the skin is not flaky or dry. Its just red on the outside, a bit swollen, and almost like there is a faint white line surrounding the red circle.
