Large nump on nose that wont go away

I got a pimple on my nose around a month or so ago, and the pimple then turned into a large red raised bump.  The white head is no longer there and it looks like a couple of red raised bumps together into one.  It doesnt hurt and nothing comes out of it or whatever.  I wash my face and put acne medicine on it almost every night, and no matter what I do, it will not go away!  I feel like I am going to lose it with this thing, its right on the tip of my nose and is completely noticeable to anyone who looks at me, and I can tell they are staring at it and trying to figure out what the hell is on my nose.  Please help!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms, it is very difficult to confirm anything without examination but it can be seborrheic keratosis or a plain HPV wart. If it is red in color, then the possibility of pyogenic granuloma is also there. Seborrhic keratosis is caused by benign skin growth of keratinocytes. They can vary in color from light tan to black. Pyogenic granuloma is caused by overgrowth of tissue due to irritation, physical trauma or hormonal factors. Excision and cautery may be needed to remove them. Please discuss these options with a dermatologist.
I sincerely hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.
