It does take quite long but then do get reviewed. It could well be a deficiency disorder relating to vit A.
Be sure not to take high doses or long term vitA without medical advice.

AmMw, Given to choose a lichen disorder ranging from lichen planus, lichen sclerosis er atrophicus, lichen planopilaris, lichen actinicus and lichn nitidus, I would happily choose lichen nitidus.Why?For it is going to disappear soon! Only calls for a little patience from you.ok?
