I'm 14 and need help with this please

Hi. I'm a 14 year old girl. Yesterday I just got my period (not for the first time I've had it already for 2 years) so I've been going about my normal routine. But tonight, I went to the bathroom and felt a bump on one of my vaginal lips. I looked down and saw it was an oval like bump that didn't hurt if I squeezed it, and the head of it looked like it had something in it that I could pull out. The head was also bleeding a lot even though I hadn't touched it, and it felt very soft when I rubbed it. I tried squeezed it and pulling what looked to be a whitehead or clogged hair inside it, but it only bled more. I looked this up and some people said to take a warm bath, which I did for about an hour and kept trying to pop it in the warm bath. It only bled more. It's squished in right now because of my pad and it hurts. Please help!!

My last comment disappeared. Do warm soaks in the bath with Epsom salt. Try to keep your hands off as you don't want to infect it. When I had it it was folliculitis (inflammation of the hair follicle) and the second time it was a swollen gland. See your doctor if it doesn't get better. Don't be scared :)

It could also be an ingrown hair. Keep doing the salt soaks to dry it out.
