Mild Back Acne

I have had mild acne for about 3 months. It is very irritating and i would like to get rid of it. Should i consult my Dermotologist? Or is there any cures i can go about at home, such as dieting, wear loose clothing, or just have a friend of mine pop them all then apply ointment? Please help, this is a big confidence problem.
Thanks,

.
but say the case gets more severe, is there an oral medication i can take that will cure me?
But as i only have a few pimples and red blemishes, there are still many blackheads.

Hi,
Do not pop anything because it can lead to secondary infection.
You could apply Benzoyl peroxide ointment on the affected area twice a day for a week.
If you have oily skin, wash face twice a day .
Do not overdo the washing because it tends to reduce the natural moisture in the skin and will cause rebound oil secretion.
Oral antibiotics are not required for mild cases.
