Mysterious rash and red pimples literally will not go away?

Hi, i really need help or guidance here. I’ve had these same three pimles since November, and the wierd thing is, they don’t heal, they look like their about to go away and then they come right back red and big. I’m 18 years old and I’ve been having skin problems since last year, before that I had nice clear skin. I’ve had back acne problems for a while now too.

I also have been getting rashes that literally come and go everyday and get worse especially at night, but recently I’ve been getting them every hour of every day. They’re itchy and super red and painful and usually are located near my nose, my chin, and on the sides of my face. I need a diagnosis so bad but my doctor says she doesn’t know and I can’t get a dermatologist apt until June. Help please!!! I would post pictures but I don’t know how to, I’ll email anyone if they would like to see a picture of it.

That's a long time to have to wait for an appointment, so sorry!  It kinda sounds like hives or a reaction to something you are eating/wearing/exposed to.  Your regular doctor should be able to identify hives, though.  Is there another doctor you can get a second opinion from while you wait for the dermatologist?  Can you try keeping a log of things you eat and if the rash appears or is more severe?  That would be a good thing to have on hand for the doctor to- just log the details of your day and how the rash was that day.

Are you under a lot of stress?  Have you had any major changes prior to noticing the rash and the pimples?  It kinda sounds like you might be breaking out in hives, but of course, that is just a guess.  If it is something like hives, your doctor should be able to assist you with it a little, at least- is there a doctor you can go to for a second opinion while you wait for the dermatologist?
