Neck Rash
Two days ago I woke up with this rash and it has grown since then.
I can't think of anything that I don't normally use that would irritate it.
It is semi-itchy, nothing crazy. If I touch it, then I feel a need to itch. It also hurts pretty bad if I do itch afterwards.
Usually I don't really think much of rashes since they can come and go all the time. The thing that was worrying me was that it was painful.
Does anyone know what this could be?

Could well be a photo allergic dermatitis.Did you apply any cologne? Could be a photo allergen from other cosmetics or soaps.
