Need some help!!! Alot of symptoms but.....

Ok so basically i've been having a lot of symptoms since a sexual encounter but tests came back negative yet i have something wrong with me!!! i've posted two threads already if you could take your time to read a few of the symptoms i've experienced as there alot. I've had the idea of hiv at first and now herpes but i actually have no sores present yet experience alot of genital discomfort and neuropathic like pains or whatever they are on my body!! Skin problems, Frequent yeast infections and more....
