Odd itching of scrotum!

Ok, so about two weeks ago, I shaved my butt because my girlfriend likes it to be shaved, and then as usual the next few days I felt itching on my cheeks, this wasn't helped because I ride a bike almost everyday.
Then one day my balls were horribly itchy, my scrotum to be exact- and my ball were retracted, I didn't think it was so odd, but I did take off my underwear because I felt like it was constricting me. So after that I started feeling a lot of itchiness all over my groin, esp. my balls, and it was weird because it kinda hurt to feel something cold being pressed against it, and my butt also itched, as well as my lower thighs. My penis also itches no, the head of it, and there's this odd reddish swelling on the foreskin- I'm uncircumcised. It doesn't hurt to pee.
So, then I was showering today and I noticed this odd bump right around the pubic region, it's not visible- but I could feel it, and it really hurts. Jeez, what could this be?
There is no dry skin, just the itchiness. Oh, and before all of this though, there was a tiny bump right in against the scrotum and thigh, and I'm thinking that that all triggered it? Ah, it itches horribly though.

Yeah, I made an appointment with the dermatologist today.
Let's see what he says, I doubt that it's anything series, ie. herpes of some sort, because I've not displayed the severe, severe symptoms of a herpes outbreak. And last time I had sex(unprotected) was about 1.5 months ago, and the person who I usually have sex with is definitely negative for everything.

Thanks for your reply.

Hi,
I think either it could be allergic reaction or an infection.
It could be an allergic reaction as only after shaving the reaction have started and now it is accompanying skin all over.
It could be infection as there was small rash with bump before which is now broken and spread all over.
I would like you to consult a dermatologist as early as possible.
Meanwhile you can be started on anti-histaminic and local anti-allergic cream like Calamine lotion all over.
Keep me informed if you have any queries.
Bye.
