Penile psoriasis.

Hello there. I'm dealing with psoriazis since 14, now i am 19. I had in on the top of my face, my hair, and on the back, and now on my penis. I have get rid off it from my face, hair and back. But then, suddenly it striked on my penis. Its on the head and on the top-rounded of shaft. Okey, i have used there hydrocordisone 0.1%-false. No positive match. Then i used same, but 1%, when i used it for over 10 days, i noticed that it went better, but when i wake up in the morning, i found again my p head red. Its not like there is another white skin on it, just it stays red, its very sensitive. I realy know i can treat it, because i have successfully treated it from other body places.
Okey. I heard about "ELIDEL". Looks like it fits for me. Now i would like to know, what can i expect from this (possitive) ? Maybe something other you could recommend me? Please help me.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
In penile psoriasis, high potency steroids are to be avoided because it can cause atrophy and thinning of skin. Milder steroids such as 1% OTC hydrocortisone and prescription hydrocortisone with iodoquinol creams are useful. Also useful in this area are Protopic and Elidel. But they should be used under a dermatologist’s guidance.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
