Penis Discoloration after unprotected sex

Hi,
I'm a 25 year old male who had unprotected sex with a female at the end of July. The next morning I woke up with a bright red discoloration on my penis and my foreskin looked raw.I went to an STD clinic and the results all came out negative. The doctor didn't know whether I had a rash or a yeast infection.I was given Triamcinolone and bacitracin zinc to mix together and apply 3 times a day.The foreskin healed but the discoloration stayed. It's been months now and it won't go away and the dermatologist said it's nothing.I have pictures attached.

I had the same redness and discoloration for one and a half years. Doctors said is nothing serious, but it bothered me cus didn't look right so after many doctors, several test and all kind of medications that didn't do anything good on me, I end up having a circumsicion as recommended by an Urologyst, he said I suffered from recurrent balanitis, even though I didn't like the idea of cutting my foreskin I went tru the surgery and believe me the irritation went away with my foreskin. No more redness, discolorations nor irritations. Doctors also told me it was a yeast infections, but medicines didn't work. Best thing to do is to consult a male urologyst he will tell you the best way to go. In the picture your penis looks uncut, not so sure. Doctor  told me that foreskin makes the perfect conditions to develop these kind of irritations cus of moist and warm conditions. 3 months since my surgery and my penis looks very healthy, no more redness. Again make an appointment with your urologyst, This worked for me, your problem may be different. Good luck.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Since the rash appeared immediately after intercourse, so it looked more like chafing and now it looks like dermatitis after chafing.

Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. However the skin of penis is very thin and delicate and hence a dermatologist’s guidance should be taken before using this cream.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
