Penis irritation and inflammation

This appeared on my penis a few weeks ago and keeps getting worse. Is this something I can treat myself or will I have to go in?

You need to describe your lesion and symptoms further. What is your age?

This could be due to acne/imples/ or infection of the hair follicles called folliculitis or some bacterial infection.

Nothing can be said with surety without having a look at the lesions.

It would be best to consult your doctor about your symptoms and get a proper clinical examination.

Keep the area clean and wear clothes washed in a few drops of chlorhexidine preferably and dried in the sun.
