Persistent hair fall since 4 months

Hi, I am 22 years old and am facing hair breakage since 4-5 months.I generally lose hair whenever I take Head Bath and not while combing. I lose on an average about 30-35 hair whenever I take Head bath which is a real matter of concern to me.I did meet a dermatologist regarding this, who advised me to take " H-VIT " tablets for a period of 3 months. Although I did follow his prescription, the hair breakage has not subsided,in fact it's almost the same as before taking the medication. It will be really helpful if anyone can suggest me any good alternative for reducing the hair fall.

Hello,
The causes of hair fall could be due to stress, fungal infections, alopecia aereata, hormonal imbalance(overproduction of dihydrotestosterone and thyroid hormones irregularities),malnutrition and sebum plugs on skin.

I would suggest you to consult a dermatologist and get these possibilities evaluated. Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries.Warm regards.

Telogen effluvium would subside in a few more months.Cap.Zincovit 1 at bedtime should do for a month.
