Pimple like thing on Penis

Hey,

I have this pimple like growth on my penis and it's been there for about a week or two. It's right on the loose skin atop my testes. Its not soft perse, but I can press it down almost all the way. It does not pop however. There was also a hair growing on it but I pulled it out leaving a small hole in the pimple thing but no fluid or anything came out. Its pretty small about 1-2 mm. It looks like its under the skin or something as the color is the same as my skin.

Any ideas?

Since you are not sexually active, so it can be contact dermatitis,rash due to friction rub,folliculitis or cyst.

Apply warm compresses,Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it.You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lump persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

HEY I HAV A SIMILAR PROBLEM.. I GUES ITS A RASH.. I HAVE IT SINCE A LONG TYM BT IT DUZNT SPREAD.. its very small and pimple like.. on da penis and the testis.. appearz shiny..like a polythene..  i am mentally so down.. i want to cure this before marrying,so if u find a cure please let me knw buddy..

To clarify, I'm not sexually active nor have I been so its nothing related to that.

And I guess its not really my skin color, kind of a little redder. Looks shinyish red actually.
