Podofliox gel rash/redness 4 years after use

Question is regarding rash from use of Condylox (podofilox gel) rash/redness/problem with full erection four years after initial use.  To start this may be a difficult problem to fix as I have seen multiple Navy dermatologists with out help.  I am a 27-year Navy pilot, healthy male who was given podofilox gel 4 years ago for what the doctor thought were genital warts.  It turned out I did NOT actually have warts but the gel was placed on the head of my penis and around the head on what the doctor thought were the warts.  I have and have never had any STDs.  I felt initial pain and discomfort, the needle like pain and redness and the gel was used as prescribed which I can't remember the exact timeline now but figured the pain would pass.  Before use I was able to have a healthy erection and no pain during sex.  Currently the head of my penis is almost permanently red and very sensitive with tissue around the head almost swollen, red/blue.  My erection is not as full as before 4 years ago, and sex is not as good since my penis is so sensitive.  What I have tried:  all sensitive soaps, shampoos, detergents, only cotton underwear, have tried just placing Vaseline on my penis for long periods of time (no change), have tried prescribed topic steroid (no change and another doctor discontinued this for fear of thinning my skin), I have tried nothing (no change), tried moisturizer right after the shower, tried not having sex or masturbating, have tried almost everything imaginable but my penis is always in a little pain and slight redness for four years!  I do not have balanitis, I am very clean and circumcised.  After sex or masturbation my penis is head is very red and incredibly sensitive to the point that I cannot touch it or have sex again that day.  I have seen two Navy dermatologists, and a civilian dermatologist with no luck.   I am reaching out because I do not know what else to do.  It is clear the redness and problems I have right now are from the Question is regarding rash from use of the podofilox gel and would like my sexual life back and to live in comfort.  Please respond and if you don’t know the answer then please forward to a more knowledgeable doctor.  I am available for any question regarding this issue and am dedicated to fixing it.

No I have not.  Any recommendations?  I definitely was not expecting to have what seems like permanent damage to my penis after using that gel.

Have you tried any herbal remedies? I don't see any listed above.
I would suggest posting this on the complimentary medicine and alternative therapies forums as well. The people on those forums know much more than I do about home and herbal remedies.
Funny thing about prescription drugs...they some times make things worse.
I would try one or both of those two forums, as anything the doctors could prescribe would thin the skin as they stated.
