Question about small rashes

I am a male, 23 years old, and I have been getting these random red marks that look like rashes. They usually come and go quickly and sometimes itch. I haven't been worried until now. I have a small mark like the others that has appeared right beside my left nipple. It really doesn't look different from the rest at all. It doesn't itch or anything. Also there is very very slight redness on the right side of my face. I first noticed it when I got out of the shower last night. I have small red bumps on my arms but I heard that may be normal. I am just so worried. I have no insurance and I am unemployed. I am scared because I don't know what is causing this. I just want to know that it's normal or whatever.

Also I might add that the deodorant I am using has caused a rash on my armpits. I know that I am allergic to certain deodorants. I do not know if this could be the cause. I just want to know what the possible causes are of these random and small rashes. They never cover a large area. I am just so scared.. am I overreacting?

(one last detail) I am sure you want to know how long I have been having these. For no more than two weeks. Certainly no longer than I have been using this deodorant.
