Rash around my chin now redness on neck and chest

i woke up today and i noticed that i had a small red rash thats starting to form round my mouth (not on lips just around the mouth) no bumps just red i have to look closley to see some bumps. i go to work and come back and my neck is red now and my chest is red too. when i think of the redness on my face i can feel it there. theres tiny, tiny nerve tingling when i think bout it. i work out side and i saw pics of heat rash and it dont look like that. i work outside and it rained today. i work in a cooler so i work product from the temperature outside and go all the way and put it in a cooler. ive been doing it for 5 months and never had this problem. i have been drinking beer all weekend long and i thought it was because of that. but when it spread i had nowhere to turn. need help. it looks like i ran a mile and came back red. i think its herpes or std. but no blisters. prestages?

nope nothin like that if those were f-5's mine was a f-1. good thing though thanks for the tip.

probably not an std. sounds like maybe contact dermatitis or something like that. hard to say without a visual.

does it itch?

another possibility could be shingles.

google shingles images and contact dermatits images and see if that matches to what you see.
