Rash developes over the day, itches like crazy, disappears overnight

I have had this rash for months on my back and in between my breasts.  All sized circles of red (some very big, some small), slightly raised skin.  After a shower, without lotion, it dries out with tiny, flakey skin.  It itches like crazy.  It disappears almost entirely overnight but then throughout the day, slowly comes back until it's very visible at night.  Some say it's an allergic reaction but I have not changed anything in my routine as far as detergeants and soaps.  I haven't been around plants (poinson ivy) or anything else.  Can anyone please give me idea of what this might be?

Has it recently gotten warmer where you live?  Is the rash where your bra would sit?  It may be caused from sweat collecting during the day and your bra rubbing up against the skin- causing an irritation.  This also may explain why it goes away at night.  Try some powder in the area to keep the moisture away, if that doesn't help- I'd make an appointment with a doctor to have them take a look.
