My boyfriend is freaking!

So I am with a guy who I have been with for 6 months....we don't sleep with anyone else just eachother...anyway we have sex a minimum of once a day and up to 6 times a day....we try new things and find we have a great sex life....well i recently went to the gynocologist and had my annual std tests done and came back clean.....however suddenly my boyfriends penis is randomly peeling under the foreskin( he is not circumcised) and is finding there is a rash on the head of his penis on occasion it comes and goes but does not cause any discomfort what so ever.....normally i would tell him to wait 3 days and if it is still there then we will worry ..except its been  doing this for almost 2 weeks and he is freaking....any ideas as to what it is and what we should do?

Hello,
It can be due to rash due to friction rub during intercourse or fungal infections. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments.Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist

Hope it helps.Take care and regards.

Could be a fungal infection (thrush) - taking oral fluconazole (available from pharmacies without prescription in most countries) should clear it up.
