Red Spot on Foreskin

About a month ago I noticed a small red bump on the underside of my penis in the foreskin area. The bump is painless and the size of a small pimple.  It has not grown in size and it does not ooze. It has a small dark center almost scab like.

Does this sound like and STD?

Hi

If this has been present for quite sometime and there are no change sin its character, I do not think this is something that you should be very worried about. Just continue to observe the area for any increase in the size of the bump as well as for any changes in character such as pain or itchiness. It may be a blocked follicle or sweat gland .Based on your description, it does not sound like an STD.

No, no similar bumps on my penis or body.  I do have milia on the shaft though.

Hi

This does not sound like an STD. You have not mentioned of any enlarged lymph node in the groin area and the bumps do not change in appearance or increase in number. Just do not pick on it and refrain from touching it to avoid further irritation.

Are there similar bumps in other parts of the body?
