Red bumps on my stomach area

There are about 20 little pink dots on my stomach. They do not hurt burn or show any discomfort. They are all the size  of pin heads. One of them has turned white like a pimple but when i tried to pop it it just bled. what could this possible be?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi

This sounds like it is vascular in origin. I would suggest that you have  bleeding parameters assessed. A complete blood count with platelet count , aPTT and PT levels may be able to exclude any bleeding disorders which may present as a petechiae or pinpoint rash.

Have you scratched the area? Are there other associated symptoms like gum bleeding or change in urine character?
