Im very sorry to be posting somewhat graphic descriptions on this forum, but I am concerned and want to know some possibilities before I go to the dermatologists on Wednesday. I had unprotected oral sex and protected vaginal sex with a girl I have no idea about and that I just met. Stupid and regrettable decision as I have never done this before. I have always been a monogamous relationship with one girl since I have been sexually active and we both knew we were STD free, herpes included. I am currently 20 days post exposure and I have been to the doctor 3 times for check ups and testing and so good so far, but I was told I am suffering from severe anxiety about STD's and was prescribed Ativan. I have no burning, itching, or tingling in my groin. But, a few days ago a developed a very slight rash on the outer rim of my penis (rubs on clothes), but I have never noticed anything like it before. It didnt hurt, I just could tell it was there. Flaccid, it looks like a signle small red spot and nothing more. But, when erect, there are small red dots along the entire rim of my penis (concave where shaft and head meet). To best explain it, it resembles very tiny blood vessels or like someone took a finepoint red marker a dotted along the rim. They are not raised and it doesnt hurt at all. My main concern is that this is an extremely mild initial outbreak of herpes, but I have read that by 20 days post exposure, if an initial outbreak were to occur, it would have presented itself by now. So, any idea of what this could be? Very small fine red dots in a perfect line along the entire rim of my penis. Any response would be very much appreciated.
