Red dots on penis head?

So today i had noticed i had some sort of itch on my penis. I masturbated today in the afternoon and then realized i have these weird tiny tiny small red dots on my head , i am uncut . I am really worried because i dont know if its an STD or something. Im gay and have had sex before unprotected. The itch is the kind of itch that only itches if you touch the area. I have read around and some people say it may be some kind of fungus or bacteria...My economy right now is really bad and i have no insurance. Should i make the effort to go see a doctor? or is this some kind of irritation? someone please help me i am really worried. Any questions please feel free to ask. Sorry for bad grammar i dont want my brother to see me writing this. Please someone help me !

Thanks it has now been a couple of days since ive had this , the itch is still there but not as bad, the red dots are also there as well. The dots also appear in the ball sack and they seem to peel off the skin not sure how to explain. Im going to the hospital 2day or 2morrow to see if they can help. I really hope this isnt some STD . i hope its just some bacteria or something. =/ . thank you for the help though <3

Hello,
From the symptoms it can be balanoposthitis. Oral course of antibiotics is needed. In addition, please don’t use any cosmetics on the penis, instead use some topical antimicrobials like Bacitracin or Lotrimin. Also corticosteroids and topical immunosuppressants can be used but they are available under prescription. Also retract the foreskin daily and soak in warm water to clean penis and foreskin. In case the symptoms persist then please consult a urologist/dermatologist for evaluation and antimicrobials and steroids prescription.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Hey man,  I know exactly how your feeling,  You got this itch and it tingles inside the tip of your penis, sometimes it burns when you urniate,  feels like needles poking your tip of your penis that is hard for you to sleep.  Im going through the same pain too.  I had unprotected oral sex from a female two months ago, and couple days later I got all those symtoms.  The doctor said it might be bacteral, fungus, or herpes inside the nerve.  But all the doctors cant give me a straight answer.  You need to see the urglogist to get the right dionosis.  I know how you are feeling its getting in the way of your personal life.  It ***** but you can get through it.  It happens to the best of us,  Dont let this stupid itch get in the way of your life.  I dont mean to sound religous but think of god he will help you.
